Jay was excellent. He was communicative, prompt, and tidy. He custom made three screens for me at his own place and came and installed them all. He even help me clean the runners for my old windows which was not part of the job! Highly recommend!

Jay and his team were so amazing. Jay was kind enough to accommodate an emergency need with a smile on his face and zero guilt trip. He went above and beyond to make my screen repairs and was very fair in his pricing. I have a lot of vendors for many different things and he is one of the best I've ever worked with.

Jay at Mr Window Screen Repair came to our home to replace a broken screen. We needed something durable to withstand two dogs and a baby leaning up against the screen so he had "vinyl coated polyester" as seen in the picture here that can withstand constant wear.
